Today I took the wing on a Steel Horse Society spin off ride and ended up having lunch at the Eden Valley hotel. The renovations inside looked nice and they're doing more out the back, but the food was quite ordinary. I have scratched it from next year's RTE suggestion list.

Yesterday I rode out the Morialta Conservation Park and went for a hike in the sticks.

It sprung a leak three days later reversing into a car park at Darlington. It's probably just a seal, but means it's likely to be off the road for a while.

Bummer!
Hopefully they don't charge you an arm and a leg to fix it!

It's due for a service so it can get looked at then, but let me get Sutton out of the way first. I don't want to miss that, and as I said at Toolleen I was planning to take the Versys to that anyway.

That shows the advantage of having more than one bike
Hopefully the repair will be an easy one (and not to expensive)

If that is radiator fluid no major drama. It will be the plastic expansion chamber / reservoir. It sits very low. If oil I don't know. Check the water level.

I don't know how to remove the cover (even after reading the instructions in the manual).

Looks more like a coolant leak from the pic, on a 2024 Honda wouldn’t be anything serious unless radiator or expansion tank were damaged by a stone, twig etc, most likely a loose hose clamp. Are you able to view the coolant level in the expansion tank? If it is loss of coolant I wouldn’t ride it without topping up. Hope you have it sorted without too much trouble.
Cheers.

Happy to talk you through that anytime.

Thank you. I haven't had a lot of time to sit down and look at it (except last weekend when it was stinking hot). It's not high on my priority list at the moment.
