Tyre pressure
« on: November 07, 2011, 11:40:39 AM »
Hi. I haven't had the ST too long and am wondering what the correct tyre pressure is for front and back, and if there is a difference for city riding and country riding. She is a 2001 ST11 with ABS, as I don't know if that changes things as well.
Thanks

Recommended tyre pressure for ST1300 is 42psi front and 42psi back......unfortunately don't know pressures for 1100, but sure as hell somone else will :thumb

I run 36/42 front and back. Some tyres prefer a little more in the front to prevent odd wear (38psi).  42 is too hard and the tyre feels like it has little grip and rides harshly.
