CH7 in Perth had some of that on tonight, unfortunately it was in Perth, driving down footpaths and cycle-ways to beat the traffic.

It's a CAR on the footpaths, frequently.  I thought it was a bike at first, bad enough.  Then he has the nerve to throw a tantrum when the Cops pull up in front of him.  I'm surprised he wasn't thrown in the back seat of the Cop car there and then.  He must have some sort of immunity.
There's dozens of videos about Russian driving on that Youtube page.  Awful stuff.

He was probably the top cop boss ,  or some other official dick head, otherwise how could he get away with it,
I wonder if it was supposed to be some sort of a training regime movie or something, for maneuvering an official vehicle through rush hour traffic? but I doubt it.
