So at what age does this "old enough to know better" kick in?

As noted by Yorkie we are back in the promised land. Some photos to come and stories to tell. Might just take a while getting over the sore bum.

Sorry to hear about your off, Hoping your body didn't fair as bad as the bike, others (including me) might like a bit of a story in a new post if you feel the urge.

          very quickly, very embarresing,
was riding through S/W forests, with camera mounted on helmet :|||| every corner i turned had yellow/black indicating arrows, riding along a non picturesque section of highway, decided to turn off camera, in doing so,driftered toward centre of road, suddenly,NO warnings, road turned left sharply and dipped away, shit, shit, went into crn, shit shit CAR, did the wrong thing by hitting the back brake to hard, resulted in high side flip.
rolled down embankment(10m)came to rest on cockys fence, bike carried on and hit car.
serverly laserated right forarm.
servere bruising of right shoulder(3 months later still hurting)
Was extremely lucky little fellow (only doing 70-80 klms)
RESULT- save your photo taking till you are off your bike.
100% concentration 100% of the ride.

Hopeing I can find the parts to repair my 1100, LOVE that bike,No more around.
