I'm on the trail of a towbar for an ST1100, which might be available for sale.   I'll post here if I can get my hands on it.

See if you can find out if it's from an 1100 or an 1100A as the bar is slightly different.

Will do.   Once I track down it's availability, I'll confirm the model that it came from.   What's an easily identified difference between the A and the non-A, as the owner no longer has the bike?

Ask the owner if his bike to which the Towbar had ABS as this alters the design of the Towbar, and I'm interested in it if it's non ABS.

After 8 years I'm still trying to work that one out. Maybe some pics of the mounting points might help so I can compare with mine.

I can't help with that Alan.  The current owner of the towbar sold his ST1100 quite a while ago.

++Guys, I have just completed and painted a trailer to match the ST1100 an I am now in the process of making a tow bar to finish the project, if anyone is interested let me know as its just as easy to make a couple at the same time. Regards Muf
