The first hour was spent in lecture mode then all the bikes were divided into three groups. Fast, medium and slow. (You choose)There is no overtaking but, as long as you choose the group you are most comfortable in (I chose medium) it is not an issue. A feature of the day was a solo ride around the track with one of the instructors riding behind you observing. They tell you to ride as fast as you safely can. After a circuit you wheel in and the instructor gives you one on one feedback. In my case it was cornering and braking. It improved my road craft out of sight.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
