Weather too good
« on: July 30, 2016, 03:46:57 PM »
Could not resist first good day in awhile ,also with my eldest son Glen and his partner down from Queensland , off up the East coast , left home at 9:30 this morning travelled out of Hobart to Richmond , headed out towards Campania turned off onto Finger Post to Orielton on the Tasman Hwy and on up to Orford for a quick drink where I met up with Glen and Tyrone ,we then continued on up the coast , Glen and Tyrone were going straight though to Bicheno , I got in front of them and stopped at the Bark Mill bakery at Swansea for a coffee before heading off up to Bicheno , I got to the Beachfront Hotel just as they were pulling in ,we all had a great lunch there before heading back , left Glen and Tyrone they were picking there own route back, I came straight back the same way , arrived home 3:15pm .
The weather was great , slight frost in the morning which turned out to be good sunny day no wind temp about 8 - 10 degrees and with 362kms for the day.

Great to see you guys getting a break after so much foul weather.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
