Never heard of it.  What is it?

It's primarily for the Blue Knights, the Police M/C organisation.  I believe you have to be invited if you aren't a member by virtue of having served in a Police force.  There are rides from every capital city to a rally in Canberra.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

I've never needed an invite to go for a ride.  :Stirpot
That said, I can't see myself going to Canberra in september.

(sic)

What does this actually mean?
(sic) (with square-brackets usually) is an abbreviation of 'sic erat scriptum' which is Latin for 'thus it had been written', meaning that the quote prior was transcribed as it was found in the original source, complete with errors, coloquialisms etc.

(sic)

What does this actually mean?
adverb
used in brackets after a copied or quoted word that appears odd or erroneous to show that the word is quoted exactly as it stands in the original, as in a story must hold a child's interest and ‘enrich his (sic) life’.

You spelt September with a lower case 's'
One day you will wake up and there won't be anymore time to do the things you've always wanted so do them NOW!!!
Remember there are 7 days in a week and Someday isn't one of them!

I always spell months, days of the week, christmas, easter with lower case letters.  It was intentional.

You do have to register.

The Wall to Wall is to remember Police Officers who have lost their life in the line of duty, like my school class mate Allan MacQueen in NSW a few decades ago.

The Wall to Wall means from the NSW Police Memorial Wall in Hyde Park, Sydney to the National Police Memorial Wall at Lake Burley Griffin near the Carrillion.

Each year, each Police Service from the States and Territories and the Federal Police add any new names to the Wall in Canberra.

I'm pleased to say that when I attended in 2015, there were no new names to add to the Wall.
