Motorcycle Fairings and Windscreens
« on: May 26, 2012, 08:45:05 AM »
An interesting website about our windscreens and where the word "Fairings" came from, not to mention how to remove scratches.
Their article on scratch removal could also work on our visors...

I put a medium Calsci screen on grey STeed a year ago and am very pleased with it - far superior to the stock screen.

Greetings Mark. Where have you been. Looks like you've been enjoying yourself. Interested in seeing your screen. The aftermarket one Barry had on his looked good and worked far better than the standard. I don't find the standard a real issue but mine is getting fairly scratched and may as well look at better aftermarket ones.
Hope to catch up again soon.
Cheers.

Hi Skip,
Yes I've been incognito for about 6 months - long story.
I hope to be at the RTE Esk ride on the 23rd, if you're there I can show you the screen.

Cheers
