Perth Bikers Charity Ride
« on: November 25, 2012, 10:03:52 PM »
Hello,

Saturday 1st December, arrive by 1030 at Belmont Park Racecourse to leave at 1100 sharp to head to Joondalup. Bring a toy, food, blanket or Cash to donate to Salvation Army's Christmas Appeal. I will be there as part of Bikes Unlimited, (wave as you go past me,) but if someone wants to organise a meeting place to arrive together then please organise it.

See you next Saturday.

A very poor excuse Glen. Now if you were driving, I'd let you off.

Not only do I have trouble getting in to the car, at 61, I think I may be just a little past 8.2 sec passes.

From my point of view, at the entry point of the "General Public." I saw many Honda ST motorcycles. I even saw a bloke dressed up in what looked like a Pinocchio outfit. Unfortunately I did not get to talk to him to find out who he was and how long he has been an OzSTOC member etc. Please let us know who you were.

I was amazed that there was not many white STs there except for those being ridden by members of the WA Police performing escort duties. Maybe members have (finally) started to get their bikes painted to blend in with the crowd a little more.

All in all a great ride, for a great cause. Unfortunately it may have been just me and Brock there today from OzSTOC.

Please let us all know if you were there, even if you had your Pinocchio suit on!

I think the pinoccio suit was me and my wife. I was on the red 1100 dressed as Andy and my wife on her red ariba scooter was raggedy ann.

Kevan is who he is, even when dressed as Andy. If Raggedy Anne rides a MP3, it was you.
