I've had a search but can't find the post..............................................

Who was it on the forum who was in the process of making 'Highway Pegs' for the 1300 and how did it turn out ?

Yes there is a thread for the 1300 (Tipsy's was only for the 1100), I installed some on mine... dead easy and they work great...
