Depending on what the "solid white line " law is in that particular country. One can only assume it's not to be crossed.

The MC certainly doesn't have a good history considering the previous passing manoeuvre as well.

Would have loved to have seen the speedo reading as well.

Unless their is a lady driving the car......then it's her fault  o:)  :rofl......I'm going to get flamed aren't I  :'(

In NSW there is no requirement to leave the lane you are travelling in to overtake a vehicle in front but it must be done with safety.
That would mean that at the time of the collision the motorcyclist was not doing anything against the law, just not very sensible.
