Hi

I've been quote $199.00 for a Deka Battery for the ST1300

Has anyone any thoughts about the brand?

I have used one for the last 6 years in the ST11, still fires up as good as new.

Got the varadero's battery on the charge to night ,if it does not impress me a new one will be going in before Biloela.
No longer dreaming. Past bikes,XR80 1979,DT175 1980,XT250 G 1980(X2), XT 250T, GPZ900r (x2), H100, TT350, TTR250.  current bikes Honda Varadero 1999, GPZ 900r 1986, XT 250T 1987, and newest and best , 2006 ST1300.

I am over push starting bikes, and a big twin would be a good workout!

Got the varadero's battery on the charge to night ,if it does not impress me a new one will be going in before Biloela.

Hi Sabie,
I got a Extreme AGM Power Sport battery (200CCA) for the 1100 prior to Middleton and it was $160, it has no trouble kicking her over.

Battery charged up fine ,so a non event.

The pit crew has threatened mutiny if the bike needs pushing  :spank so I need a battery for the ST and one for the quad so any suggestions local in Perth or Fleabay
