My Portuguese is a tad rusty, but the shooter who pinged the thief apparently was a policeman.
Tough country, Brazil!
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

What if the bike was ALREADY stolen and the owner, with help from a mate was just using a little force to get it back ????
They say money cant buy happiness, but i say it can get you a damn good bike!

Wouldn't you, when you consider the court's trial process?

I might add the thief has a pretty impressive cannon!  I didn't realise handguns came in that calibre.
(or is that just a silencer?  Don't think they'd bother with a silencer, though.)

Just a Smith and Wesson  revolver in .45ACP. An odd combination of gun but very accurate.
The crown is just a big deep counter-bore that makes them look like cannons.
No silencer.
