Replacing tail lights
« on: March 06, 2014, 08:46:33 PM »
A good mate tried to explain to me over the phone how to replace taillights, but for the life of me I can't do it. Can anyone help please?

Pete,

If you mean bulbs ?

Panniers off.....4 × mudguard bolts (2 above number plate, 2  verticle under guard) remove gaurd.....now you can access bulb holders from underneath.

Thanks Chris, I'll try that and let you know, but it won't be before the weekend - expect something early next week  :thumb

I'm all good again ++. I finally worked out how to get to the bulbs (thank you Chris and Diesel :Chocies) and changed both, even though only one wasn't working, I thought best not to tempt fate for the price of a taillight bulb
