I have a spare black Givi top box (not the biggest one) and the metal mounting rack specific to the ST1100, just sitting around.  It would need a couple of bolts as I used some of them to mount another rack on the bike.  I am away over the weekend but can PM you when I get back Sunday afternoon if you are interested.
