Super Cheap Auto
« on: April 19, 2014, 09:46:36 PM »
I was sceptical when I was offered a $5 Membership by Super Cheap Auto.  But now I've bought it and tried it, it's a darn good idea if you need auto gear (as we do).

Your account is credited with $10 as soon as you register yourself online with the email address you used when you got your card (in-store or online).  So you double your money straight away.  That credit lasts for 56 days.  It will expire if you don't use it in-store or online.
Everything you buy registers a 25% value credit to your account.  These credits are only good for 28 days.
So it's a loyalty system that ensures you shop every month.   :thumb

If you work it right, you are getting a 25% discount on everything you buy.  And that works on specials as well.  So those 20+% specials on oil end up being half price.

If a product purchased by a club member goes on sale within 14 days after the date of the original purchase, the difference between the original purchase price and the sale price will be automatically credited to the club member’s account as a Loyalty Credit.

I have no connection with SCA, but reckon I might as well use their loyalty system since they have 2 stores closer to me than Repco or Autobarn.  Anyway, Repco only give 10% to RACQ members.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
