The price is excellent.  77800 km isn't high for the age, and the bike will go through 200,000 with a new timing belt.
That looks like an after-market screen, too.  That with the revamped seat and a great paint job make this a gift.  I paid nearly $8000 for the one I got with 92000 kays and only a single seat.
