As you now we have had the OzSTOC Rider Assistance Network in place now for sometime, fortunately it has needed only minimal use due to us owning such a reliable motorcycle.....but none the less we have had a few calls for assistance, the last only on the weekend
The RAN number is also the General enquiry number for OzSTOC and its members as advertised on our business cards we tag fellow ST riders with and receives a few calls a week and more recently txt messages.
In the past I have had the RAN/Enquiries No. Forwarded to my personal mobile......with voice calls no issue at all, but naturally txt messages are not forwarded so I have recently reserected an old Nokia mobile that's also carried 24/7......well it just died a painful death.
So here is my request.......anyone have an old smart phone (iPhone /Android) they would consider donating to the cause to act as the RAN/General enquiries mobile for OzSTOC ?? I would prefer a smart phone so it allows access to our DropBox account where we store all of our RAN/Member contact/Member map information for easy access.
So have a look through your sock draw and see what appears
