I haven't done any long rides in Oz yet, so I have no Idea. Esk via mt Mee? Mt Lindsay Hway? Boonah? Kilcoy?

Please count me in for this one. Intend travelling via Toowoomba, Aratula, Boonah, then Mt Lindsay highway to Kyogle.  I thought I might overnight at the seaside and return by the Bruxner highway.

Unfortunately I have to pull out! Work has gotten in the way & I cannot have tomorrow off. It seems I am not meant to go to Nimbin last time we attempted to get there I was following my mate Steve who got us lost in some back road out of Federal & by the time we found our way the day was late so we cut our losses & headed to Brunswick Heads.

Hey Stimpy, just a heads up ... its rained here on and off all day and the man in the box reckons tomorrow may be the same .. if the weather is adverse tomorrow I'll have to pull out ... can't afford to get sick or cold and bad weather will zap my energy reserves quicker. But... if I'm not coming I'll ring or text you and won't leave you hanging. If it's sunny out then I'm in......

The Brisbane & northern rivers forecast for tomorrow is looking good with a 5 & 20 percent chance of exactly 0mm.
Don't know about the sunny coast though.If in doubt look out the window i say

Ive got a few hours to spare tommorow,so i could meet you along the way somewhere,depending on what route you are using to get to Nimbin. I could meet at kyogle,or Uki, or simply join you at nimbin. Let me know your eta at those towns and i will see what i can do. On will be on my VFR,not the ST

Hi George, high probability of meeting Sabie at the BP at Loganlea on the highway near the logan motorway junction.
Can meet up somewhere on Mt Cotton road seeing as we will be heading out that way anyway (sirromet winery ?)
Will probably head out through murwillumbah/uki then onto Nimbin.
Could head back through Kyogle and Beaudesert on the way back.....or even on the way down if consensus rules. 

Laurie....may be easier to meet at Nimbin.

09:15 at the Logan BP, aiming for 9:00 so I can have a quick bite, drink and refresh .... again all depending on the weather.... but sounds like it'll be ... OK.... Wife leaves for work at around 6:15 I'll head off around 6:45 to 07:00ish, bikes been fuelled, new UHF radio is installed and aerial connector fit today, new power port X4 installed today to power UHF radio, Sat Nav and Phone installed, tidied up and ready for a test ride. All cords zip tied into place.

Couple of other jobs that can be done later, strengthen aerial mount (Aluminium plate is to thin and wobbles a bit) but all working well today.. One more RAM mount (On back order) to be fit for the camera when it gets here.

Sena SMH10 all charged, Sena SR10 Charged but will be on mains power, Phone charged.

Phew, I think I'm ready........
