I don't think they ever take a holiday break? 'Overseas' displayed on my phone a short while ago.

Caller launched into a "We are send the police for you arrest if you not be settle tax bill immediately!"
Before he even had a chance to detail options, I had selected the attached file, and pressed play.

He hung up within a few seconds!
