Garbage truck stopped outside a home, there was no bin out for collection.

Being ever helpful, the Garbo knocked on the door.

Big tall fella answered the door. "Yep?"

Weather has been kind to Portland over the past 24 hours, clouds are circling, but only a few light spits for a total of .8mm
Nothing but glorious sunshine today

Moyston, west of Ararat towards the Grampians has not been so lucky with 31mm in the past 22 hours, and Adelaide has had 70mm with another 20mm expected today

Each to their own. I'm just happy that the/my Mighty Bulldogs won. After 62 years sans a Premiership, 55 years without a Grand Final appearance, yep I'm pretty happy.

Kev, it's just part of how the game has progressed / evolved. To me, it's a bit like car and motorcyles evolving with the likes of ABS, stability & traction control, auto transmission, a/c, electric windows, etc. etc...

We don't need all of the "improvements", but we use 'em if we got 'em.

Not so for my neighbour here .. He works at Woolies, and just left here in a screaming rush.

He was supposed to start work at 7.30, and didn't change his alarm clock last night....
