15 mm of rain between 5 pm yesterday and midnight, another 18 mm from midnight to 5.30 pm today.

I'm not being paranoid, but the long-haired bearded yuppie next door has cancelled his mail delivery after the middle of next month, is collecting all sorts of animals, has been getting truckloads of timber from Bunnings, and is constructing something massive in his backyard?
