Just discovered that my Telstra email account has failed, cannot log in,
Unfortunately, unable to do anything about it until tomorrow when there is someone available I can contact by phone, as their 24 hour helpline requires a credit card or Paypal account to access, neither of which I have.

Oh yea, another fake Telstra email early today claiming my account is overdue. (Not due for 4 days yet, and its already paid 2 months in credit)

Source of email ... danvilleelks@outlook.com ... which is obviously fake

I got rid of my service provider email account years ago, Kev...

So much easier to then swap provider (if the service is crap) and you aren't tempted to just put up with them because of the huge hassle of starting up a new email account and then notifying everyone...

Another option is to start a new email address and just have any emails from your Telstra account forwarded to your new account...I do this with a couple of my lesser-known email addresses I use.

My email is working again..., nothing that I did here so it must have been a bug at their end.
It was out of service for 15 hours, kept saying that imap address was incorrect and asking me to login, only to again say imap addy was incorrect.
