By back-tracking, I narrowed the correct word to "training", since "centre" and "communication" had been denied.
So yes, trainees benefit from good communications and we've tried three permutations around that.
Hence I can't see a way forward and am going to bed.

I'm back, enroute bed...

So Reply #1501 and Reply #1502 regarding "warm" might have read "one word correct". I misinterpreted 'warm' thinking in the context, "communication" was getting the nod, since "centre" doesn't suggest to me "communication".
