It has to be SA because of the Vili's sandwich (pie) board. Somewhere dry and hot because of the evaporative air conditioner and beige screen on the house on the RHS. Believe it or not there are some 68 local Govt Council areas in little old SA so the bin lids don't help (just think of 68 CEO's, Deputy CEO's, a multitude of Directors, Works Managers and who knows how many finger painters to be paid before a single bin is emptied or pot hole fixed - but I digress) The very little of the surrounds in the picture is suggestive of the Riverland (to me), but it could also be EP or the mid-North or southern Mallee. Basically what I'm saying is I have NFI (No Flamin' Idea) without a hint.
Cheers ... Mark
