...in that case, as this is Oz I expect the driver in this instance to have his car impounded for a month, charged on summons, followed by a 3/12 suspension of his license with 8/52 of community service and if he immigrated here as a toddler of 18 months in 1950 and had priors...to be deported after a 3 year internment in a detention centre.
