In truth, scenic rolling hills with sweepers for relaxation.
Fifteen minutes of demanding mountain twisties and I'm ready for a rest, much as I enjoy the challenge of the mountains.

What was your second bike?

Michelin PR4GTs without a doubt.  Widely popular.

Do you like having a pillion on board?  It's a yes from me, but not all the time- adds interest.

That's done the rounds.  I'll wait for someone else to tell about their "other country".

Driven in NZ, PNG, UK, Ireland and west coast USA.  LH drive does my head in.

Do you have a "truck" (heavy vehicle?) licence?

Maybe we could limit this type of question to those who do, rather than someone just saying "No" (as I was guilty of once).    :grin

Yes.  Had to get my lorry(C), bus(D) and articulated bus(DV) licence in three tests only for them to merged in the current HR licence we have now.  I still drive buses for a living.

Have you ever donated blood?

I've a HR licence.
I started with a 2.5 tonne licence in Vic as a result of an Army truck licence.

Automatically upgraded to a 5 Tonne licence when I wad posted to Qld because that was the closest they had to 2.5 Tonne.

When I was posted to NSW it was upgraded to an 8 Tonne licence as it was the closest they had to 5 Tonne.

When I returned to QLD on discharge the national scheme had recently been implemented so I was upgraded to HR.

After years of driving the Electronics Repair Vehicle (8 T) and then the Calibrations Vehicle (9.7 T), I feel comfortable behind the wheel of a truck.

:grin

I have donated several times, and still would , but my current medications may make the redstuff (and the white bits) unuseable.

The closest I've been is where the Northwest Coastal Hwy crosses the river though over there it's just a dry river bed

The road from Northhampton to Kalabarri also crosses the river which is a trip we did when returning from Geraldton to Karratha.
