I wonder why he went up the Cracow road then turned back? When I went there in April 2011 about where he stopped it turned to gravel, but I've ridden it since and it's sealed all the way now. When I first travelled the road in 1949 it was very ordinary all the way to Mundubbera where my Mum had to go for me to make my grand entrance on an unsuspecting world.

The device is Bubbler, not Spot, which might explain the lack of updates when out of mobile coverage.

In 1949 I was just a twinkle in my Dads eye and I'm a lot older than Diesel
