We're having a few issues with checkout and postal rates at the moment and this is preventing us re-lauching the new site. I know all too well that if anyone wants this to be sorted, then you guys down under are at the top of that list
I can't put a date on it but we are very close to a resolution and rest assured, I will post on here once I have a date etc. ... better to get it right first time than have to pull the site for amendments etc.
One thing I can say is that I am working very hard with my website guy and we will get the very best rates possible.
Just like in the past, if you fellas want to make a bulk order to save on international postal charges we can sort that. It might mean fulfilling the order via email rather than on the site but we are doing everything we can to save postage charges. I am even having custom made boxes for screens to reduce the volumetric charges currently employed.
Contrary to popular belief this delay has nothing to do with the Six Nations competition being on at the moment... or the fact you stuffed us in the Ashes
So, enjoy the rest of the summer n watch this space ...
