Honda ST1300 Motorcycle Police Training
« on: June 22, 2018, 05:29:23 PM »

Some of you may have seen this before, but I found it interesting.

My father started in the police as a traffic officer on bikes back in the 50s. Before he let me ride I had to show proficiency in low speed riding and manoeuvring.  :cop

It'd be nice to have someone paying for the bike repairs after the inevitable "drops" while training and learning to negotiate a tight course like that.   Those guys are more skilled riders than I could ever be.

We would all give it a go if we did not have to pay for repairs to the bike (or ourselves).   Great skill levels being shown.  Impressive

It was relatively easy on my CB125. Don't know if I'd like to start on an ST.  That said, I now have a skill that I can & have applied to riding a numberv of bikes.  Doesn't mean I haven't still put them down at low speed  :whistle
