My mate Fish had his GTR1000 catch fire at Gloucester back in 2009. I recall a panicky voice on the CB. He had volumes of smoke pouring from one switch block, which left him with no headlights, and it was at Boonah QLD where we had a chance encounter with an auto electrician who fixed it after finding a fault on a circut board somehwere on the bike. It cost us a coffee and $20 for the good fellow.
