"Hey, can you ask around if anyone wants a 2004 ST1300 with around 140,000kms. Has police light brackets, heated grips and soundbomb air horn. Reg till Feb 25. Approx $4,000 ONO "

Having just taken a while to sell my "new" black ST1300, I'm not interested.  But, about the right price for the km, although overall condition, service history, rego and RWC(?) might impact on value - but blue.  Whilst that's my least favourite colour, someone may not mind.

My first ST1300 was a blue 2004 bike.  It was a great bike.  Provided the paint, seat etc are in good condition, the price is very reasonable for the kms.  In this context, the $14,000 I paid for my blue bike in 2008 (with cruise control and tank bag, 35,000kms) seems like a lot.
