Finally
« on: September 25, 2012, 10:35:10 PM »
I started out with this 2000, 65K onthe clock, 1100 and a lot of spare parts after outlaying $3k

Next step was this

After another $2k this is the final result, which I am very happy with

So at what age does this "old enough to know better" kick in?

Nice job, I very much respect someone that can make photo No2 into photo No3. I'd love to be able to have the knowledge, skill, talent and time to do that.

Looks great Yorke, well done.  :thumbsup

Thanks for all the compliments, it was a painful process but now I get to reap the rewards.

For Diesel here is a photo of the view from my back verandah, was taken in summer, is a lot greener now.

Beautiful stuff thanks Yorkie!           :thumbsup

It'd be just the ticket - sitting out the back with a Margaret River special, watching the day turn to evening.

Thanks for sharing.       :thumb

Gavo, Hend3o, Sabrie, Wendy and myself know that Blue is the best. We have the advantage of two colours really. In the sunshine, it's a beautiful, dark sky blue. In the dark it looks black.
