It's on a 1.4 metre stick.  But where's the stick, and where does it attach?

If you buy one, Diesel, for goodness sake try to stop it swinging all over the bike.  I'm with Brock on this.  After 20 seconds I got the idea, and didn't need 7 minutes!
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Diesel's link has now gone bye-byes.

Did anybody notice the duct tape on the top of his helmet?  What an annoying device having that thing swing around your head, pulling on your neck when it swings suddenly half way through a corner.

And I am with you also Brock.

For the record......

Over the 6,859kms I travelled to the National Rally and back...

I took 220Mb of pics  (will tell you the qty soon), and 19.3Gb of 720p HD footage on the Contour Roam - so it will be a fair bit of sorting before I can lay them out in films and ride reports.

I have a 32Gb Micro SD card in the Contour - and trust me, I got a LOT of footage, and I had a 16GB Micr SD Card in the digi cam - so plenty of space left there too.     :thumbsup

Have been using the Helmet mount on the Contour with success, but had some RAM bits in the shed from other projects.....so mounted near the (L) mirror with a S/Steel backing plate to support the ST1300 tupperware with S/S hardware, used the shortest RAM arm so not to exacerbate any vibration.

Seams a winner.....testing will tell, can turn camera to capture forward, rear or rider....easy to reach with the left hand.

Cheers

I was wondering about fitting with a Ram mount. This would be more secure and easy to remove for storage.

Thanks

Is this possible?
