Does not look half bad, does it have a top box option?

Sorry Scarp, and I know that not everyone likes the same things, but I truly think that that is just about the ugliest thing I've ever seen on two wheels!, and I think it's an insult to call it a Goldwing.  :butt :butt

There I've said it!
Cheers,
Paul

I really like it, I think the Honda badge is a auto like, it's new and shiny which is another auto like. I'm happy with my ST atm though.

Maybe something to look at if I go new in the future.

Rob.

Looks too much like a try-hard Victory ripoff.
They cut $10,000 worth of Goldwing stuff off to make a "cut-down" version, then they offer a Deluxe version which probably only costs $10,000 more than the base version.   :eek
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

They could have put a "ST1800" badge on it, and we would all want one

There I've said it!

Looks like it fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.......... :crackup

Almost as ugly as the DN09!

Still not as ugly as the Victory though...... >:()

Currently selling in the US for around $20 K and the luxury version is $1K more.  Difference in the specs is simply Deluxe model includes passenger backrest, centerstand, self cancelling turn signals, and heated grips. Apparently 50kg lighter than the current GW for the base model.  The name F6B apparently came from "flat 6" cylinder "Bagger".

Purely developed to take on the Cruiser market of a company that gives away utes with bikes for breakdowns, so the Honda reliability should bring in a few sales.

More info here from previous post:

Honda saw a market where riders were stripping down Goldwings, so why not just offer up a bagger model as standard?

Exactly; other Japanese manufacturers are, and Honda want in on the action. A Bagger with a 6 in it? At least something different from the various V-Twin offerings. They'll sell in the US and probably do pretty well here too, methinks!

I think there was a call for Honda to reintroduce the Valkyrie, this is their response. As I've said elsewhere I really don't mind it.
