Shiney and I are leaving next Monday...I even have timer in my phone counting down the days....

We have both bikes serviced, just need to wash them (why bother, after 3000km of traveling, they will be nice & dirty again), then load them.

Leaving Atherton on the 17th, planning on being in ballarat on the friday afternoon all going well. We have a few routes in mind, all depends on how well we go on the first day. Its my first big ride (over 600km), and Megans only done a total of 2300km since getting her learners (biggest trip was 450km each way)..

Look forward to meeting everybody, and hopefully seeing some nice countryside on the way!

I will miss Tipsy the farts the snoring the drinking and putting on his riding boots for him and plugging his tyre I did say TYRE ....god he makes me laugh I will miss the funny bugger........me not being there to enjoy the fun again

There wouldn't be a pressure vessel strong enough.    I would bring it back but it is too hazardous for cross state transport

Sabie has left the Building and is now officially on his way to OzSTOC 2014.


First day down, 12 1/2 hours..... Need to break that up going home. Townsville - Gladstone and vice versa is to much for Mrs Sabie in one day. So on the way home we'll do Gladstone - Mackay overnight and then Mackay - Townsville.
