Teela in the Paper (Brag Moment)

Just thought i would share with everyone, Teela was in the Paper today they did a story on her weight loss (27kg lost so far), and how much she has achieved in getting there

that eye brow is always raised, whether it is the sexy look, or the you are going riding for how long, how far and with who? bahaha

She has made an amazing effort and still has a way to go to hit her goal weight but it has been incredible watching it happen, i have gotten very good and making school lunches, dressing kids, and making it happen so she can do it (i have to get some credit here  )

lol you guys ARE JUST AWESOME!!! i thought i ought to slip that ozstoc photo in there lol besides its the one that reminds me of how much of a hepha i was bahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahaahahahahhahahahahaaa.

Raised eyebrow is due to an injury i wish i could do a sexy look lol 

It doesnt stop there though. Ive almost reached my goal weight which i wanted to be by october for the wedding. Now i have set myself a new goal of an additional 10 kg and have enrolled into cert 3 and 4 of becoming a personal trainer. so head down and bum up for me with 12 weeks of intense physical study... Then you all have to watch out!!!!!

I hope just one person reads it and gets enough inspiration to do some thing about it. thats what i love about plexus it helps you see results and motivates you. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!
