Amazing tech alright Biggles.
Sure seems like Brisbane has come a long way since I lived at the Gabba and Hawthorne 30 odd years ago. That was b4 Southbank existed and the most interesting thing u could do on the river was go for a ferry ride. The most enjoyable thing to do in the city centre those days was to go to the Botanical Gardens and sit under a tree. Looks like a fair few more choices now.
Those were the days when Russ Hinze was minister for Roads, Local Government, Licensing and Gambling and Racing and anything else he wanted because Joh said "Oh no, no, no ... you can't say bad things about Russell, he's a fine honest man working for the good people of Queensland - D-D-D-Don't you w-worry about that Y-Yarna".
