Can someone explain what is going on there?
I see the dog OK.  But what's with the tiny person's head.  And two left arms?

I was leaving the helmet well alone.  Having enough trouble with the other delusions...

Nar. It's not photoshoped. His head is leaning to the right and the dogs head is on the left of mans head. The white at the bottom of the dogs chin is part of the dogs neck. If that makes sense.
