Hard to believe that scenario, but to the FHP Cop it looked like the erratically driven Police car was stolen, hence the gun drawn approach. Since the speeding driver wasn't "on a job" it would appear the charges would have stuck. It was October 2011, so the record of outcome is out there somewhere.
