Hi Ron,

If you can make your way to, say, the first shell servo on the left after you cross the Hunter River at Hexham I can pick you up on the way past. I will be going past there about 11.15am and am happy to stick to the speed limit.  We will be a little late though.

Let me know if you want to do that and I will keep an eye out for you. If you do I will PM you my mobile number in case you change your mind later.

:hatwave.  It was great to meet you guys at Roadies yesterday, looking forward to another ride.
Thanks to everyone for the advice on the backfiring, I tried the Metho,  tipped some in the tank took a swig
and never heard it backfire once on the way to Wingham. So it seems their may have been water in the fuel.
                                                                                   Regards. Ron (Harro) :like

Good to hear Ron.
Sometimes you start with the simple things. Do check your valve clearances to be sure.

I heard Methohw  can make you blind but I didn't know it affected hearing as well.  Great to catch up and meet all you guys at Gloucester.
I got home safe and sound but a bit cold at 4:45pm.

Young Georgia that you guys meet at Gloucester hit a roo between Gingers Crk and Walcha on the way home after dark.......stayed on the bike just but naturally rattled and stayed below 60 for the rest of the ride to the New England Hwy.

She said the little CF Moto 650TK that Al was on travelled great.....really great  :thumbsup!!

Tipto, BMW Paul and I saw them go past while we were enjoying a 3rd on "verandah" of the Long Flat Pub (thanks for the advice Chris - great spot to overnight) and thought that they were leaving it a tad late to make it through in daylight. Great to hear she is OK . .
