Broken speedo cable

Well just broke the speedo cable on the ST1100. Second one in over 100000 kays.

Mine had a kink in it when I bought it. The cable broke not long after. Make sure it is routed smoothly, and every second front tyre or so pull out the cable and grease it up.  Another way is to wait until the speedo needle starts getting a little wobbly, then graese up the cable.  One of those preventative maintenance things :)
