The 2017 "Most charismatic ST" was awarded to .........JohnnyYTED and his ST1100 STranger

Johnny and STranger rode the 4,000 plus kilometres to NatRally from NSW.......Johnny commented that he loves his ST, but his ST just doesn't love him at times.

The Wildcard award this year went to........Alison Wife off Bloodman from QLD.

Alison was awarded the Wildcard for the furthest travelled Pillion, Alison travelled as a pillion all the way from Brisbane to Perth NatRally and was given the option of flying home........Not for this young lady she is Pillioning home thanks  :-++

Where would we be without the fabulous pillions of OzSTOC......Awsome and inspiring effort Alison.

This years award for National Rallies "Silliest Moment" was won by.........BenT from QLD.

Ben was our first choice for this award last year in Toowoomba (until PC out did himself with his lunchtime comment to Navgirl). Ben and his wife Chris arrived at the Big4 in Toowoomba wondering why all these ST's were here......he hadn't been following the forum and didn't realise that National Rally was on in Toowoomba that weekend in that park.......we must have made a great impression on them as they headed all the way to WA for this years gathering.

Now enter this years Silliest moment....Ben decided to take his BMW bike as the seat was more comfortable for the distance they were to travel to WA instead of his ST1100..... the catch was the BMW had a "thing" halfway across WA and Hertz took care of the rest of the journey.

Nice one Ben  :nahnah and well earned......now be sure to tell the story when asked about the trophy on your mantle piece  ;-*

Congratulations to all recipients of the awards, all well deserved.

Congratulations to the WA organising team for a job well done. The Dinner venue was great, as was the food and service.

I only got in a little bit of trouble for being so late home  2230)

Fantastic weekend. Thanks to the many hours of hard work from the WA team. We are in Albany heading for Esperance today then Caiguna tomorrow.
Hope we can take this sea breeze with us when we head inland again tomorrow :o)
Just under 6,000 Ks to date. Probably around 10,000 by the time we get home.

We went into the city by train yesterday and did a river cruise. Couldn't escape OZSTOC- PC and NavGirl were on the same boat!   :grin

We left Guildford this morning and are overnighting in New Norcia.

Anyone dying of boredom can see our ride here
https://spotwalla.com/tripViewer.php?id=1009c56e36244c216d

We're off to The Pinnacles tomorrow, then back to Perth to put Mrs Biggles on a plane home.  Then I'll put up a SPOT for my bimble homewards.
A walk around the yard compared with Skidoooo and Abe.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Biggles, there is an awesome announcement going to be put up on here regarding that prize you won !!!! I am excited .. glad you are taking some time to look around our backyard. New Norcia is a lovely little place full of history. Did you get the full run down on the hotel and did you look through the monastery and school?

Mate- we're full bottle! Did the guided tour, spent ages in the museum, overnighting in the hotel...Ran my camera battery flat.   :thumbs
Even brought a storm to town to lay the dust and break the heat-wave!
Thanks ref the announcement.  I'm looking forward to getting on their website to see what I'd like to do with it.    :runyay

Just thought Id checking again.  Went to Denial Bay but if you ask Wasent  there. Having breakfast and COFFEE at the BP Ceduna  after a long morning ride from Border Village, Couldn't work out the time and left at 4-45 am. Took a few.well a lot of pics.
STranger  is doing everything asked of him.he is so charismatic. He is so worthy of his trophy
I have also been enjoying riding tail with Lonely.STroppy  and Jill.
I think I'll go find a shady spot  for a reST.before heading to Port Augusta if I don't stop in Kimba

Did the Pinnacles today.
The ST isn't a lover of sandy roads!  The loop through the Pinnacles is 4 km.     :eek
Plenty of pix on the phone, but can't get them onto 'puter here.  If' I was Gadget that wouldn't stop me.
20 kph+ southerly winds.  Will be a hoot heading to Perth tomorrow.    :crazy
Overnighting Cervantes.
