Exhaustion setting in.

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine.

Not surprised, that's an outstanding effort for his first time.

Whichever way he decides to travel, Warrnambool or Hamilton, I hope to catch up with him. It's only a 100k run for me from here, might have the chance to cruise with him for awhile.

I have no idea. It was Goulburn. But I pass that. I'm heading to Yass but will probably just drive through.

Yass is just off the highway, Gundagai is a further 100k, and Albury is a further 180k down the Hume.. thoughts on where you are stopping tonight?
Doing well for first long ride.

I've stopped at Yass. Fatigue was hitting me.
Today I did 376klm. Tomorrow going to push Bendigo. Depends if I get woken up early.
So close.

If I knew you were stopping around there you should have just come to my place in Canberra. Same distance from Goulburn as Yass. It is a bit warm, but the mornings have been cool so best to get going early if possible.

Thanks saaz. Alas Canberra is not for me. The prime minister and I are avoiding each other after our last encounter. The PM does not like getting PWNED in WOW PVP. Said something about raising taxes whilst muttering defeat....

Well done Jason. You're chipping away at the kilometers, discovering your own comfortable pace, and by the time you get to Mt Gambier you'll be a seasoned motorcycle tourer.

I don't see any politicians these days, so life is good
Most of them will be going back to annoy the people who elected them very shortly, which is the best time of the year here
