I explained it in another post for you. Basically the seat shape is more rider friendly at a mid range price. The pillion seat is an inch wider each side and scalloped. My pillion reckons its way more comfortable. With the highway pegs as well and a change of seat I went from doing 400km days to 700km days. Definitely worth the money and a good buy if you can get it second hand here in Oz
