Amtrak loco no. 196

"Quote.....Amtrak train 513 get's a unexpected bath! Due to extremely high winds and high tide, the storm surge was higher than I have ever seen it before on the Puget Sound! Waves were literally coming up and over the tracks. All trains were restricted to 10MPH not only because of the wind and the waves, but the salt water was making the signals not function properly. Here they are seen rolling past milepost 18 as a huge wave pounds the front and side of the engine!.

Obviously not afraid of a bit of corrosion.

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine.
