FS House in Perth with Great Man Caves
« on: January 29, 2015, 08:34:20 AM »
If anybody is looking for a house in Perth with great sheds/garage/workshop sadly my neighbours are selling due to going their separate ways.
They have just finished doing a lot of work both inside and outside the house.
Extra bonus is a great neighbour.

To buy a home like this in the north-west 'burbs of Sydney would be close to $2.5 million, but a beautiful home just the same.

Only about $900,000 more than I could get a loan for...

Besides, I couldn't live with the purple bath!    :eek

AND, it's in WA.  Think I'll stay over here, thanks.     :grin

Yes there has been a lot of work done to it with the owner putting his heart and sole into getting what has been done just right.
Carpets can be changed and yes still a few things (purple bath) that one might like to change.
If I win lotto on Saturday I will buy it, put a gate in the side fence from my place and rent out the living. I have run out of room for toys so could use the large double garage and two large single car garage, one of which has a pit in front of it.

If you could mono an ST into the lift it may fit.

Really? now I want it... 900K though, will West Aussie Glen come and wash my bike every week. Does the lift hold the weight of a bike?

Yes, the biggest system I was allowed to install. Over 4 years old now so paid top dollar but my last power bill for two months was $623 credit. These days I wait at the letter box for my power bills.
