Was that DST or AEST?

I wondered over the weekend how long it would be before this old chestnut appeared  :nahnah

Seeing as how Spanner was in NSW and sent his depart time of 08:19 to me at 08:21...... I guess it would be DST  :p

Only asked bikos when I have to cross time zones I use the destination time as my clock saving me wasting mental electricity while I'm riding along second-guessing myself for hours.

Check with Diesel Biggles......he knows how it works   :nahnah or does he  :think1

Start time was 819 nsw time so 24 hours later is 719 Qld time.

I did approx 2147 km finishing  at  0630.

I am happy and will get back to you all later.

Great to hear you got in ok, I've been following this and thought, as I was heading to bed "she-ite, he's been riding for longer than I've been awake!"

Good effort!

Well done Spanner. I don't think it was one I would have ever tried. More power to you for having a crack.
Cheers,

Good to see you came in with a margin.
Obviously a good choice of roads, minimising time lost to roadworks, small towns etc.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
