Ever gone out for milk and.......
« on: August 21, 2012, 02:40:14 PM »
...found yourself at Lake Perseverance.  Not too many cars on the road, bike running well, and having just got home and find myself nice and relaxed about to make myself a coffee..... :think1 ....oops, forgot the milk.

For me it's a case of going to the shop on the way home then getting home and finding out that you forgot to get what you stopped off to get and have to make a special trip for that one item.

If it had been his father, he would have just brought home beer.   :grin
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

taken your 3 month old daughter with you, walking around the supermarket and run into friends who promptly go all baby crazy, hand over bubs and continue to get shopping done unimpeded by said baby.  :thumbs
Pull back into driveway and missus comes out to get groceries etc and notices baby missing.  :well  :cuss
Quick trip back to supermarket and find friends walking around none the wiser.
True story - and yes still a sore point after 17 years.:||||  :||||  :||||.
